I just signed up with LiveMocha.com to learn Mandarin with the help of a social network, and it is all free. It has lessons and real people you can converse with.

I read your blog and find it very interesting.. great job :) I really like the way you make short headlines, it makes it easy for us to browse the topics.
If you don't mind, I would like to suggest a website to you and hope your members/readers will find it useful too. ECpod.com is a free website to learn English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and etc) using videos. These videos are produced by our members and you are welcome to contribute as well. You can make friends too within our community and find online students to teach.
