Best Notebook Ever (for Mac)

I've been listening to the MacCast.com podcast that I download from iTunes, and I recently learned about what may be the world's best notebook of all time. Of course, it works on the Mac. They have an extensive video tour of their product broken up into separate movies. If I had a Mac, this is one app I definitely would need to use all  the time.
