It takes a PSD and generates all the HTML, less tables - meaning CSS-style layout.
Pass it along to your peers or otherwise keep them grinding at the mill the old way.

I saw the presentation of Webydo at TWS2010. Amazing service, and I can tell you as a programmer that this is very ambitious and very much needed. It can save the world billions of hours of coding. Their drag and drop editor looked very elegant.
