Now you can have a do-it-yourself magazine, thanks to a new technology by Hewlett Packard that makes it cost effective to print just one color copy of a magazine. It will charge 20 cents per page. It is testing the market to see if there is enough demand for this service.

China's government is blocking access to YouTube.com because it may contain some politically incorrect videos. So what do Chinese people use? Enter Tudou.com. Apparently the government has more control of this Chinese provider.
